Ju1 1st 2000 2.5 hrs of harness training plus 30 min of exercises. Service at the Den included storing the Catharine's Wheel and other assorted stuff under the stage, also cleaning up Mistress Tara's office. Training was short this time. Jul 18th 2000 Just 2 marks from the caning last night. i'm a little frustrated, i'm not sure why, my expectations are probably set too high. No swelling from the harness. Called Mistress Tara to apologize for my tone of voice the night before. i was completely wrong, i wasn't fully in the zone. Hopefully Thursday will be better. Harness training 1.5 hours. When Mistress Tara told me, its ok to screw up and get punished, i felt i could relax - no i can't.

Jul 22nd 2000 Anniversary day is here. Body cleansing ritual is resumed. 4 enemas and lots of water today. i'm a little sore back there today. Jul 24th 2000 Going to the Leather Man for a new butt plug, unclear on how my week will play out, call Anna to inquire about work. The bathroom was really dirty.

Jul 29th 2000 Body cleansing ritual today. Super careful shower in the morning and another at night. Enemas at 7:30 am, 12:30, 4:30 and 8:30. About 10 glasses of water today. i feel wonderful, really clean.

Lost some days - crashed computer there is when i met Mistress Victoria.
